Return & Refunds Policy

Thank you for your purchase, We hope you are happy with our product. However, if the product has any manufacturing defects or it has been damaged during shipping, you may return it to us for an exchange only. For more information on our return policy please continue reading the following sections.


All returns must be postmarked within 10 (ten) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all the original tags and labels attached.


To return an item, please email customer service at help@lainelife.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. After receiving a RMA number, place the item in its original packaging, and mail your return to the following address:

Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return. 


After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your exchange (We do not offer refunds or store credit). Please allow at least 7 (seven) days from the receipt of your item to process your exchange. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.


Items that have no manufacturing defect or haven’t been damaged during shipping are not eligible for return and exchange.

Please note: In lieu of the safety regulations placed during the Covid-19 pandemic situation, we do not accept returns of purchased items to prevent any compromise to the health of our employees, unless the item has been damaged during shipping or has any manufacturing defect.
